Palamu

Palamu (First in Sinhalese) is our cozy original plantation house that sits on a small hill overlooking the land’s main coconut groves. It sits slightly away from Sama which offers privacy. Two bedrooms flank an open concept living and dining area. The design and position of the house let one feel immersed in the coconut plantation. Sit on one of our plantation chairs with a pot of Ceylon tea and watch the land’s resident wildlife go about their daily activities.

Each bedroom features:
- King-size four poster jack wood bed
- Ensuite bathroom with open air rain shower
- Open wardrobe
- Ceiling fans
- Safe box
- Writing desk
- Wifi

Guests of Palamu will enjoy:

- Fully equipped kitchen including oven
- Living area with plantation chairs and loungers

Special note: Guests of Palamu will not have access to our 17 meter pool unless the booking made is for all rooms in both houses.

Please note that there is no air-conditioning.

The land enjoys a natural sea breeze on most days. Our houses are designed to be open air and harness the natural airflow through the louvres or open windows and are equipped with numerous ceiling fans to enhance the air circulation.
