Is the property suitable for children?
We regret not being able to accommodate children under the age of 12. Children above 12 will need to be supervised at all times as Cocoya is a working plantation.

Is smoking allowed?
The entire property is non-smoking.

Is housekeeping provided?
Yes, our houses are cleaned daily by our housekeeper.

Do you provide a chef?
Our property is self catering. However a chef can be arranged at a separate cost subject to availability. Please contact our management team.

Are there CCTVs on the property?
Yes. The property is our home. For security reasons there are CCTVs in the living area and around the property. Rest assured that there are no CCTVs in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Are visitors allowed?

In order to respect the privacy and security of all our guests we do not allow non-resident visitors without prior permission of management.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
